Garcia, 29, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals for escape and firearms violations. On February 10, 2005, Garcia was in a vehicle that almost caused an accident. When the vehicle was stopped, officers observed a handgun on the floor board next to Garcia, who was sitting in the backseat. He was taken into custody and charged with illegal possession of a weapon, and his charge was referred to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, which brought federal charges against him. Garcia went to trial and was found guilty.

He is a documented member of the Nortenos gang, and has known a life of crime since he was a juvenile. Garcia has been charged and convicted of a number of offenses to include several firearm possessions, robbery, domestic violence, drug possession, burglary, and assault.

Garcia is a Hispanic male who has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has the gang name “NORTENOS” tattooed on his chest in large script.
